DISABLING 'SHOULD'

Pain is the difference between what you think SHOULD be, and what actually IS.

What conditions have you put on feeling good? This can be in any area of your life. If anything at all is upsetting you, think of what you believe 'should' be the case and it will always be different to how it actually is.

As soon as we hold the belief that someone or something should have ................, we put ourselves in emotional handcuffs. Tight ones.

The same negative outcome applies when we have expectations, assumptions or presumptions.  All can largely contribute to our downfall.

When we believe that another should have done something, we disempower ourselves and commit ourselves to experiencing ongoing pain until we change our mind about it all.

And you know what people are really good at? Being 'right', being resistant to change and holding resentment in.  It feels uncomfortable just reading about it!

This is where the key concepts can really help you see where you may be hurting yourself unconsciously.  It is also confirming that you haven't seen the gift in the situation.

The point of release here is to remember that everything is perfect (you create the situation unconsciously, for the opportunity to reveal the best in you, and others).

There is no room for ’should’ as it stops growth and breeds judgment.  The world will bring you what you wish to experience at the highest level of your growth in that moment. This is surrendering to the perfect design / handing over to God. To life. To Love. It is taking care of it all. It is on your side.

Therefore when something, anything occurs, appreciate it, take the gift and recreate if you wish to experience something else. (see What you resist, persists)

'SHOULD'

BE VERY AWARE ABOUT YOUR SHOULD’S.....

THANK FOR GROWING AND SEEING THE GIFT THAT SITUATION HAS BROUGHT YOU INSTEAD,

THEN IMAGINE AND THANK FOR THE PERFECT OUTCOME.
